All forms of payment wait to clear before shipping. We recommend you use PayPal for the quickest and most problem-free delivery.

All items are shipped insured for their full value.

All taxes, import tariffs, and duty fees are purchaser's responsibility.

Signature required for credit card purchases over $600. We will email you an invoice; you simply sign it authorizing your credit card purchase, and fax or email it back. Easy.

We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase, or the verified PayPal address. No exceptions.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special Orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. There are no returns on special order items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International Orders are welcome at 928 Motorsports. However, due to the frequency of credit card frauds, all International Orders above $500 USD must be paid for by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal and shipped to the verified address. Email carl@928motorsports.com   for easy-to-follow wire transfer instructions.

RETURN POLICIES

No returns or refunds without previous authorization.

No returns after 30 days. There are no returns on special order items.

All items received for refund must be in as-new, re-saleable condition. Parts may not be returned for refund if they have been installed or used in any way. See product warranty information below.

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied depending on the condition of the return.

Many of our items are hand-crafted. Some cosmetic irregularities must be expected as normal on these items.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

LIMITED WARRANTY:
928 Motorsports, LLC. warrants that our new products will perform in normal use for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of receipt. There is no warranty on used parts.

Any products shipped or provided along with the 928 Motorsports, LLC. products that originate from a separate manufacturer are warranted to you directly by that manufacturer.

All warranties are void if failures of the product(s) have resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES:
928 Motorsports, LLC. entire liability and your first remedy shall be either A) the return of the price paid for the product or B) repair or replacement of the product that does not meet the limited warranty stated above, at our option. Customer must produce a copy of the paid receipt for any warranty claim to be valid.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose other than described in the accompanying product literature.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
In no event shall 928 Motorsports, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
