All items received for refund must be in as-new, re-saleable condition. Parts may not be returned if they have been installed or used in any way.

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied depending on the condition of the return.

Many of our items are hand-crafted. Some irregularities must be expected as normal on these items.

All forms of payment wait to clear before shipping. We recommend you use PayPal for the quickest and most problem-free delivery.

All items are shipped insured for their full value.

All taxes, import tariffs, and duty fees are purchaser's responsibility.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special Orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International Orders are welcome at 928 Motorsports. However, due to the frequency of credit card frauds, all International Orders above $500 USD must be paid for by Bank Wire Transfer. Email carl@928motorsports.com for easy-to-follow wire transfer instructions.

We are pleased to offer you a two-year repair or replacement warranty on our supercharger mounting brackets, and a one-year warranty on everything else that we manufacture.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
928 Motorsports, LLC. warrants that our products will perform in normal use for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of receipt.

Any products shipped or provided along with the 928 Motorsports, LLC. products that originate from a separate manufacturer is warranted to you directly by that manufacturer.

SPECIAL WARRANTY:
Specific to the 928 Motorsports, LLC. Porsche 928 Supercharger kits, we warrant the supercharger mounting brackets against any cracking or failure for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty does not limit the amount of miles, and racing the supercharger kit does not void this special warranty on the mounting brackets.

All warranties are void if failure of the product(s) have resulted from accident, abuse, or mis-application.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES:
928 Motorsports, LLC. entire liability and your first remedy shall be either A) the return of the price paid for the product or B) repair or replacement of the product that does not meet the limited warranty stated above. Customer must produce a copy of the paid receipt for any warranty claim to be valid.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose other than described in the accompanying product literature.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
In no event shall 928 Motorsports, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
