The Problem: The longer and harder you race, the hotter your shocks get. The hotter your shock oil gets, the more viscosity it looses and the thinner it becomes. The thinner it becomes, the less damping action your shocks have.
- Your shocks actually start stiffer and become looser as the race progresses.
- This adds a variable to your cornering that you don't need or want!
The Solution: The 928 Motorsports Koni Koolers fit over your Koni's and will radiate that heat to keep your shock a constant temp throughout the race. They are hard-anodized against corrosion, and are positively installed with a shrink-fit process so they will not turn, rattle, or loosen up. Instructions are provided.
Optional spanner nuts are available if you need to have your Koni Koolers hold a lower spring perch.
Can be used front or rear. For Koni shocks only - does not fit other brands.
