Replacing your timing belt cannot be done without removing the crankshaft pulley, and that cannot be done (easily) without a flywheel lock tool like this. Porsche® makes two tools for this job - depending on the year of your car - but we have combined them into one tool to own, fits all 928's, and you save money!
Even if you do not change your own timing belt - get this tool and provide it to your mechanic the next time he does it for you - the savings in his labor time alone will pay for the tool. This tool is also the hot ticket when installing a supercharger kit onto your 928.
