Why use this Switch: Two good reasons to use this switch:
- Because you are storing your Porsche for a month or more and do not want to come back to a dead battery.
- Because your Porsche is not equipped with an alarm system and you want an extra level of anti-theft security.
How It Works: Easily installed on the negative post of your Porsche, you simply loosen the green knob to cut off power while storing your car so the clock does not drain it down. Or, for added security, remove the green knob entirely and take it with you.
Specs: Rated at 500 Amps surge and 125 Amps continuous duty at 12 volts. Had one on my car(s) now for 3 years without a problem! An all-metal quality part, with a insulated plastic knob.
