Porsche® 928 Automatic Kick-down Kit

Application: all Porsche® 928 with Automatic Transmissions

The Problem: The 928 likes to start in 2nd gear as it pulls away from stop lights, and you wish you could launch in 1st. Or, you want better control of your passing downshifts without mashing the throttle all the time.

The Solution: This kit will put the kick-down switch under your thumb on the shift knob! So you can shift down a gear any time with a push of your thumb on the shifter stalk! The original kick-down switch is left in place, so the transmission will kick down in the standard way also.

Complete Kit: Includes everything you need right down to the drill bit and tap. Detailed instructions provided.

Compatability: Compatable with all Porsche® 928 3 and 4 speed transmissions, Compatable with both the stock 928 T-Handle shifter and our replacement carbon-fiber-look Sport shift knob.
